Leftovers

Today I found this desiccated half fish on the ground under a fir tree. Since I’m 3 miles from the nearest water, I am assuming an eagle or other raptor brought the fish to my yard to eat and dropped the tail end. Yes it stinks, and is now in the compost pile.
